Hotel Torremayor Lyon Santiago, Santiago

I found the hotel to be in a lovely location, just a block away from the subway and close to a big mall. The rooms were spacious with air conditioning, though the 10 minutes per day limit was a downside. The service was professional and mostly helpful, despite a minor issue with outdated fish. The dining experience was decent but could get a bit monotonous after a few days, especially with cold showers in the morning. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a beautiful area, but there are some areas that could be improved for a more enjoyable stay.

My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were clean but small and a bit outdated. They did allow our hand-washed laundry to dry overnight, which was convenient, but the cool evening air made the room a bit cold. The service was a mix of forgetfulness and friendliness. While they forgot to return my passport, causing a major scare, they were kind and helpful with tourist tips. The location was excellent, in a beautiful residential area with access to everything we needed. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good assortment of options. Overall, the hotel offered a good value for money but could use some updates.
